A WOK Burner with four rings (DEFENDI Patent). The disposition
of the flames consent homogeneous cooking even with large pans thanks to the tiers of flames which converge to the centre of
the pan.
Igniter and thermocouple placed completely inside the burner
and protected against accidental damage also making cleaning
easier.
Burner Caps available in enamelled steel of various colours,
brass and polished stainless steel.
